Welcome to Reigniting Passion. We’re honored to support you and your partner as you work to strengthen intimacy, connection, and relational wellbeing. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how our Program works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you as a participant.

By accessing or purchasing the Program, you agree to these Terms.

Reigniting Passion is a sole proprietorship owned by Dr. Barbara Molle and Tim Smith (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Overview of the Program

Reigniting Passion (the “Program”) is an online educational experience designed for committed couples who want to rekindle their relationship connection and romantic intimacy. The Program includes:

- Online modules, including streamed videos

- Worksheets and exercises

- Periodic group coaching sessions

- Access to recordings of group sessions (when available)

- Optional private coaching sessions (for an additional fee)

This Program is not therapy, does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and does not create a therapist–client relationship with Dr. Barbara Molle or anyone on the team.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old

- Use the Program for personal, non-commercial purposes

- Participate voluntarily and respectfully

- Have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement

3. What the Program Is Not

While the Program is created by an experienced therapist, it is not therapy of any kind. It does not provide:

- Counseling

- Mental health treatment

- Medical or psychological advice

- Crisis intervention

- Legal or financial advice

If you are experiencing abuse, trauma, severe conflict, mental health issues, or safety concerns, please reach out to a licensed professional or emergency services.

4. Group Coaching Sessions

4.1 Nature of Group Coaching

Group coaching sessions are included at no additional cost. These sessions are supportive, educational, and skills-focused. They help you integrate the Program material. They are not therapy or counseling.

4.2 Visibility to Others

If you participate in a group session, your:

- Name

- Voice

- Image/video

- Chat comments

- Questions

…may be visible to other participants.

You may choose to turn off your camera, use a display name of your choice, or participate silently.

4.3 Recording of Group Sessions

Group coaching sessions may be recorded. We will notify participants at the start of each session if recording is taking place.

By participating in a recorded session, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You may appear in the recording.

- Recordings may be used for educational purposes, including replays and program improvement.

- Portions of recordings may be used for marketing or promotional purposes, such as testimonials or program previews.

- You grant Reigniting Passion permission to use your image, voice and statements in such materials without additional approval or compensation.

If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you may keep your camera off or choose not to speak.

5. Private Coaching Sessions (Optional Add-On)

Private coaching:

- Is not included in the Program price

- Is offered for an additional fee

- May require a separate agreement

- May have different scheduling and refund terms

- Is not therapy or mental health treatment

Private coaching is educational and designed to support your relationship skills. It does not create a therapist–client relationship with Dr. Molle, Tim Smith or anyone else on the Reigniting Passion team.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — including videos, recordings, worksheets, written materials, and program structure — is copyrighted and the exclusive property of Reigniting Passion. We reserve all rights.

You agree not to:

- Share, copy, or distribute Program materials without direct permission

- Upload content to public sites

- Resell or repurpose Program materials

- Use Program content to create your own course or program

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal-use license.

7. Payments & Refund Policy

7.1 Payments

You agree to pay the listed price at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Because you receive immediate access to digital content, refunds are governed by the policy below.

7.2 24-Hour Unconditional Refund

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, no questions asked. This is designed to make your decision risk-free and to accommodate accidental purchases or immediate changes of heart.

7.3 Refunds Within 14 Days — “Good Faith Engagement Promise”

After the first 24 hours and up to 14 days from the date of purchase, you may request a refund if, after genuinely engaging with the Program, you feel it is not a good fit for your relationship.

Reflection-Based Request Form

To qualify for a refund during the 14-day period:

As part of the refund process, you will be asked to complete a brief reflection form. The form is supportive in tone and designed to promote clarity and fairness. It includes questions about:

- Which modules you completed

- Which exercises or conversations you attempted

- What challenges or emotional responses came up

- What prevented you from continuing

- How the Program did or did not meet your expectations

This process helps us understand your experience and ensures the request is made thoughtfully, not reactively.

Good-Faith Participation Attestation

You will be asked to attest that you and your partner:

- Made a genuine effort to engage with the Program

- Completed (at least) the first three modules

- You attempted the recommended exercises

- You showed up in good faith

We trust participants to be honest in this attestation. The integrity of the Program depends on mutual respect between us and the couples we serve.

7.4 No Refunds After 14 Days

After 14 days from the date of purchase, refunds are not available for any reason. By this point, participants typically have access to a substantial portion of the Program. This policy supports fairness and protects the integrity of the Program.

7.5 Our Philosophy on Refunds

This refund structure is intentionally generous — but also firmly rooted in:

- Respect for your investment

- Encouragement to engage meaningfully with the content

- The belief that growth requires participation

- The understanding that discomfort can be part of the work

- Fairness to all couples enrolled

- Transparency and mutual trust

We genuinely want the Program to work for you. If you engage with it and still feel it isn’t serving your relationship, we will honor your request within the stated window.

8. Technology & Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Program, but we cannot guarantee:

- Uninterrupted service

- Perfect performance

- Freedom from technical issues

We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet, website hosting providers, or internet issues beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Your use of the Program is voluntary and at your own discretion.

- We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

- Reigniting Passion, Dr. Molle, Tim Smith, and team members are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; where prohibited, those protections may not apply to you.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Share your login information (except with your partner).

- Disrupt group sessions or harass others.

- Use vulgar or abusive language in any program communications or postings.

- Upload viruses or malicious code.

- Use the Program for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms, and refunds will not be offered.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains:

- What information we collect

- How we use it

- Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

- How we protect your information

By using the Program, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Sonoma County, California, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect once posted and reflected by the “Last Updated” date.
